Description

Kathy is the newest Program Director with London Bridge Child Care Services. After graduating from Fanshawe College’s ECE program in 1995 she began her career working with children and has been employed exclusively by London Bridge since that time. As a classroom Educator Kathy has experience with Infants, Toddlers and Preschoolers but now spends most of her time working with adults, supporting Centre Directors and Educators in their work with children. Kathy is a graduate of the London Bridge Master Educator Program and has been developing and facilitating workshops on behalf of London Bridge since 1999. Kathy has experience presenting within our local community as well as outside of Ontario sharing the stories, thoughts and ideas of the children and Educators of London Bridge.

Every member of our team has a role in the care and development of the children in our centres and we provide training and professional development for all team members to help them understand our approach to curriculum and core values . Our professional development programming includes new employee orientation and training, workshops and a Master Educator Program.
