We can support you through trauma recovery, interpersonal relationship issues, life transitions, grief & loss, workplace stress/violence, mood & anxiety disorders and your overall self-care & wellness. We want to become a pillar of health and mental health in the community by providing accessible services to all Ontario and Alberta residents. Virtual Care is available to all Ontario and Alberta residents, as well in in-person downtown Belleville, and in-home as requested.
