Originally trained in the recording arts but more recently having received training in administration and bookkeeping, Melissa brings a level of detail oriented focus not common in the payments industry. Recruited by Kubera from Montreal over many local applicants, Melissa is fluent in both business French and business English and allows Kubera to provide gold standard merchant support in both official languages. Melissa comes to the office each day with an indefatigable passion and zeal for supporting Kubera’s experienced sales team and for providing both administrative and technical assistance to clients and partners.
