10 short years ago what is now KPI Group was started as Krown Property Management, looking after the rental and management of a small number of residential units in St. John’s. In the years that followed the company has grown to its present size, managing close to 600 rental units in the St. John’s and local surrounding area. Also in that time, the company has been involved with lawn maintenance with many of those properties as well as looking after some major repairs and renovations.

Our dedicated team of professional property managers specialize in single and multi family rental properties in St. John's. Whether you own a single rental unit or a vast portfolio, Krown Property Management offers a service that will meet your needs and exceed your expectations.

Property Monitoring/Inspections - Inspections at request of Owner can be completed. We provide a detailed written report of the condition of the property for the purpose of assessing the rental value and/or to estimate the cost of repairs necessary at the time of inspection. The fee is $75 per property inspection, up to 2 units. For 3 or more units, the rate is negotiable.
