If you use your own shipper, provide a tracking number for your package and ship to the address given to you by our customer service department. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. When we receive your purchase, it must be in unused original condition and packaging. A returned product may not qualify for a refund if it is soiled, has pet hair, stains or any cause that makes it unusable or unsellable.
