Kobian Canada Inc warrants to the original purchaser or, for products purchased from a Reseller, to the original end-user that Kobian Canada Inc branded products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of shipment for 30 days from the date of shipment or invoice or, if longer, the period stated in the product manual of your service package. Refurbished / recertified and sold as is products, usually do not carry warranty or a very limited warranty of 30 days, as stated in the product or elsewhere. There is no extended warranty for refurbished or recertified products.

If you discover what you believe to be a product defect, outside the above categories, please contact HIPSTREET Technical Support at 1-888-456-2426. Such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of your product warranty. Please refer to the warranty information and other support documentation that came with your product.
