Our litigation team believes in championing the cause of both individuals and corporations. We provide representation in matters relating to all types of loss, damages and injury. We practice in all levels of court, including the Court of Appeal for Ontario, as well as before tribunals and boards.

Greg Wrigglesworth has practiced in the area of civil and commercial litigation since 2002. He has experience in the areas of real estate and condominium law and various aspects of commercial and business law. Greg has appeared before numerous levels of court in Ontario, including the appellate level.

Suzanne Lee has practiced in the area of civil litigation since 1998. Suzanne's litigation practice focuses on the areas of personal injury, commercial disputes and employment law issues. She also has experience in the area of defence insurance litigation.

Upon his retirement from the bench in May 2011, he joined Kirwin Partners and will be acting as counsel to the firm as well as providing mediation and arbitration services.
