Since our beginning in 2003, we have grown our expertise in quality custom builds, unique home renovations, additions of secondary suites, outdoor furnishings and everything in between. We keep our customers in the loop with detailed job tracking and an open book policy with full disclosure on all aspects of the process. No matter how big or small the project, we value our customers and treat every job with the same level of commitment.

Andrew Kennedy started Kennedy Construction in 2003. With over 20 years experience in project management and custom carpentry, Andrew put together a team of skilled and knowledgeable carpenters with many years of hands on experience in all aspects of the trade. Most of the team have been friends for years and grew up right here in Vancouver, making them familiar with the area's building codes and weather conditions that make building in Vancouver unique.

Jae is our talented Operations Manager. With 15 years of experience in Business Management and Corporate Development, Jae works hard to oversee all aspects of Human Resources, Administration, Company Policy and Project Management.

Deconstruction and reconstruction of older homes and spaces, including complete gutting and framing of existing homes. We specialize in additions, second floors, kitchens, bathrooms, and many more.
