Kemflo Canada has extensive mold design and mold making experience. This allows us to provide our customers with quality cost effective tooling solutions. Our experience ranges from single cavity low volume production molds to high efficiency multi-cavity hot runner molds. The knowledge of mold design, resin selection and the experience in product engineering is key to the success of a project.

Kemflo Canada has over 25 years of injection molding experience. Our processing knowledge covers a wide range of thermoplastic resins as well as TPE’s. We specialize in processing rigid and flexible PVC, CPVC, Fluoropolymer resins such as PVDF (Kynar®), ECTFE andPFA, ETFE (Tefzel®), as well as other types of engineered thermoplastic resins. Kemflo has equal experience with traditional commodity type of resins such as Polypropylene, ABS, HDPE, PC, Nylon and Acrylic.
