At Kelly Adler and Associates Counselling, we provide compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals experiencing PTSD, anxiety, trauma, and related concerns, including EMDR therapy. With more than 15 years of experience, I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor dedicated to supporting individuals of all ages as they build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

My areas of focus include reproductive mental health, eating disorders, body image issues, parenting support, mood disorders, and stress management. I believe that healing grows through connection—within relationships, families, and communities—and I aim to offer a safe, collaborative environment where clients can find balance, personal growth, and long-term well-being.
