Description

Kellam Berg Engineering & Surveys was formed effective November
1, 1983. Its formation was brought by the retirement of Mr. J.B.
Renton, P.Eng., from the firm Renton and Partners on October 31,
1983. Although the firm retained the Renton and Partners staff, files and clientele, the name was changed to more accurately reflect the principals involved and the services provided.

Mr. Kellam, P.Eng., and Mr. Renton, P.Eng., formed Renton and
Partners in the spring of 1976 and were joined by Mr. Wayne Berg,
A.L.S., as a partner in the spring of 1977. Renton and Partners employed, at its peak, five Professional Engineers one Alberta
Land Surveyor, six Certified Engineering Technologists and other technical and non-technical staff to comprise a group of fifty-five.

Our firm specializes in civil and municipal engineering projects with respect to the development of land. The firm is mainly involved with subdivisions, commercial development and site development of multi-family projects, including storm water management and erosion control, sanitary sewer, water distribution systems and roads. We coordinate the construction of same between the various contractors and sub-consultants required. Kellam Berg Engineering $ Surveys Ltd., including support staff, is comprised of thirty-nine full time employees, dedicated to providing service to the land development industry.

Douglasdale Estates Ltd., Intrawest Development Corporation,
Jager Industries Inc., Statesman Corporation, Stone Creek
Properties Ltd., Devstar Properties Ltd.
