Keith Dahlen Construction Ltd has been family owned and operated for over 25 years in Vernon, BC. Keith, who had been in the business for over 50 has now fully retired.

In 2010, we implemented the "Builder Trend" online program. This program is accessible for ourCClients anywhere in the world as long as they have internet access. This is a very valuable tool within our office as well as for our clients. Part of our current clientele consists of may "out-of-town" families. With this program, our clients are able to see pertinent documents, progress photos, schedules, etc. There is also an area wherein we can have clients "sign-off" on items throughout their project.

We provide our potentially interested customers with references which we call a tour list. This is available upon request. We welcome our interested customers to contact our references to discuss the quality of work and their overall experience with Keith Construction.

We feel a detailed written contract between us, the contractor and you, the client is essential to any renovation or new home project. No matter what it's size, we feel even the smallest project should be put in writing. This is to protect both parties for insurance and warranty responsibilities. We also provide payment schedules to our clients as part of our contract. Most banks will ask a client to provide this information should the project need funding.
