You agree that all purchases of virtual items and virtual currency sold on the Site (including, but not limited to, in-game cash, gold, UN credits, other credits and favour points) are final. No refunds will be given, except in our sole and absolute discretion. You agree that all virtual items and virtual currency (including, but not limited to, in-game cash, gold, UN credits, other credits and favour points) will be forfeited if your account is terminated for any reason, in KANO’s sole and absolute discretion, or if KANO discontinues providing the Services on the Site.

Purchases of any virtual item sold on the Site are purchases of a limited non-transferable, revocable license to use that virtual item in the course of game play, for that virtual item’s intended use in the particular KANO Game for which that virtual item is intended. The license may be terminated immediately if your account is terminated for any reason, in KANO’s sole and absolute discretion, or if KANO discontinues providing the Service.
