Issues or projects are guaranteed to be complete to your Satisfaction and also warranted for a period of time according to the agreement. Equipment Service and Repairs are guaranteed against faulty workmanship for 72 hours after the service call. Viruses and Spyware are guaranteed to be removed when we complete the service call and 48 hours after 'the same virus warranty return'. Parts used for repairs are subject to our 72 hours warranty - free return on site, and a manufacturer's warranty after . Generally it is 1 year to 5 years, but please ask for the details specific to the parts that you purchase. If we can not fix it or deliver a solution, it is free of charge, some conditions applies.
