Reda El Alami has spent most of his career in logistics for the Pharmaceuticals and Cosmetics industries. Associated with KD Services for over 12 years, he plays a key role in operations management and the maintenance of a level of quality and impeccable service that our customers come to expect. Reda’s ethics and vision are an example for his teams.

Patrick Cloutier has over thirteen years experience in the field of development/ programming, analysis and integration of information technologies. His extensive experience in information technology and the establishment of supply chain management systems has enabled him to develop his analytical skills and leadership qualities. He joined KD Services in 2012 as Director of Information Technology.

Elena Stoeva (MSc) has over 17 years of experience in quality management for manufacturing environments. She holds a Master of Science degree in Management from the HEC and also published a book on “Organizational commitment and quality relationship between employees-management.” Since joining KD Services as quality Director, Elena and her team continue to maintain the highest level of quality standards practiced in the industry.
