We've made a name for ourselves in the art world because to our sophisticated, contemporary cakes. We use only the finest ingredients in our sweets because we want our consumers to be delighted. The skill of our Red Seal-certified pastry chefs is well-known, and this year Surrey, British Columbia, won Food Network Canada's "The Big Bake Champions" competition, bringing fame to JCB and its Cardamom swirls.
