Johnston Franklin was founded by Richard Johnston* in 1983 as Johnston & Company and was formerly Johnston, Lewis & Company and Johnston, Lewis & Franklin. The partners are Richard Johnston* and Blair Franklin*. Johnston Franklin is a member of the Greater Nanaimo Chamber of Commerce. Marsha Bishop graduated from N.D.S.S. in 1991 and completed three years of undergraduate studies at Malaspina University College before entering U.B.C.’s Faculty of Law in 2004. She obtained her bachelor of laws degree from that institution in 2007. Marsha was called to the British Columbia Bar on May 28, 2008 after completing her articling term with Johnston Franklin. Since her call to the bar, Marsha has been successful in developing a personal injury practice focusing primarily on issues arising out of Car Accidents/Motor Vehicle Collisions. Marsha has extensive experience representing individuals suffering from a wide range of injuries, from simple soft tissue strains to serious orthopaedic or brain injuries.
