Supplying major manufacturers of frozen noveltyice cream such as Unilever, Nestle, Haagen Dazs and M&M / Mars.

Selected Canadian northern white birch is processed in our modern plant located in Latuque, Quebec, which is equipped with state of the art machinery. John Lewis Industries will be ISO certified in January 1997.

Operating a state-of-the art plant, equipped with computerizedand camera sorting machines with an annual production capacityof 5 billion sticks.
