Sean has over 15 years of experience in the Construction industry, which started in land development. In doing do, Sean has worked in tandem with builders, City council, City administration, and industry partners to deliver award winning projects broaden his depth of knowledge. This experience coupled with knowledge and information he has from his education, a MBA and a Bachelor of Commerce degrees, has helped Innovations by Jayman continue the success the division has seen thus far.

With over 30 years of interior design experience, creating a beautiful space is our specialty and our passion. Love our showhomes? In addition to consulting services for interior design, we also offer in-home furniture placement and staging services to help transition your existing furniture and décor into your stunning new Jayman home. Derek has held a number of senior positions with Jayman including VP of Innovations by Jayman and VP of Aspire Condo Living (now Modus). A former chapter president of the Fraser Valley Home Builders Association, Derek has 35 years' experience in civil engineering, land development and building construction.
