Jamie Kennedy Kitchens presents an evening with Fielding Estate Winery. The Local Food Movement series lives on with our 2nd annual partnership with Fielding Estate Winery of Beamsville. Join us at Gilead Bistro Tuesday, November 30th for hors d'oeuvres and a 4 course meal created by Chef Kennedy and paired with these lovely local wines. Seating is limited and can be reserved by calling 647.288.0680. Jamie Kennedy Kitchens is about excellence in gastronomy. We start with breakfast in the Gilead Café. We serve lunch in both the Gardiner Museum and at the Gilead Café. We continue with retail sales throughout the day from our bakery and charcuterie at Gilead. For dinner, there is our Gilead Bistro. Or perhaps we are creating a wedding celebration or a corporate dinner at the Gardiner Museum, our breathtaking event space. In everything we do, and at every level, the common theme is excellence. We source the best, seasonal produce from our network of local food and wine artisans. The dishes we create inspire joy and delight in the hearts of our customers. We teach our young cooks all the subsets of the trade of cook through a rigorous 3 year, in house, apprenticeship program. They emerge from this training in an excellent position to practice excellent cooking wherever they go.
