Founded in 1997, Jade Stone has quickly grown from a small producer of cultured marble into one of Western Canada's largest manufacturers of granite and quartz countertops. Jade Stone celebrated their ten year anniversary in 2007 by moving into a state of the art manufacturing facilty and showroom. The California based Vetrazzo, is a producer of recycled glass slabs used primarily for residential and commercial countertops. In launching this new product to the Canadian market, Vetrazzo is making sure that only the top fabricators in major regions be given the opportunity to work with this product. Mark Johnson, Fabrication and Technical Representative for Vetrazzo commented on Jade Stone by saying that “the quality of [their] fabrication techniques and attention to detail, have been recognized as outstanding”.
