Founded in 1960, Thérèse and Roger Laporte established what was then called Roger Laporte Flowers and Nursery by purchasing land and building their very first greenhouse.Twenty-two years later Thérèse and Roger partially-retire, and their son Jean took ownership of the business along with his then-girlfriend Estelle. Now married, Jean and Estelle Laporte have established their mom-and-pop owned business as a one of Ottawa’s most reputable garden centres. As a second generation family owned and operated business, the Nursery’s roots run deep within Ottawa’s East End.

Also, our staff is on standby to help you with any of your needs, may it be helping you carry products to your vehicle or providing delivery services!
