2 This policy applies to all of our main products - bicycles, folding bicycles, electric bicycles and electric systems, tricycles, and electric tricycles. We cannot include parts and accessories into this policy because there is such a wide variety of similar products, or 'no name' products that it is really hard to determine if they are the same or not. In any case we are doing our best to provide our customers with the best deals for everything that we offer.

These products cannot be returned or exchanged. We provide an excellent, no pressure environment, with the expert knowledge of these products. All of the above listed products can be tested, checked in the every possible detail, and we will answer any possible (reasonable) question about them. Please make your buying decision wisely.
