David Ming Qi has been Deputy General Manager at China Yunnan Metallurgical Group Co. Ltd. ("CYMCO") since 2008 - responsible for CYMCO's overseas projects and M&A activities. From 2005 to 2008 Mr. Qi held the position of General Manager and Managing Director at Pan-Horizon Building Materials (Beijing), Inc. in Beijing, China. Mr. Qi is an experienced executive having a broad range of experience in both China and internationally.
Mr. Richardson has wide ranging experience in the lead industry and has had a career in strategic business development at the senior management level in domestic and international markets. Mr. Richardson is the Chairman of the Board of the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Rosslyn Hill Mining Pty Ltd., and a director and the President and CEO of Enirgi Group Corporation. Enirgi Group Corporation is a private Canadian company wholly owned within the Sentient Group of Global Resource Funds and the majority shareholder of Ivernia by virtue of its reported 58.90% shareholding in the company. The Audit Committee is responsible for assisting the Board in fulfilling its responsibilities for the oversight of the quality and integrity of the accounting, auditing, internal control and financial reporting practices of the Company. Chamath is an Australian Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce (in International Business and E-Commerce) from Curtin University of Technology in Western Australia. Chamath joined the Rosslyn Hill finance team in March 2007 and was appointed the Corporate Controller in April 2012. Prior to joining Rosslyn Hill, Chamath worked in public practice obtaining broad corporate experience providing a wide range of professional services to companies in the mining industry.
