The discovery of soil and groundwater contamination often creates many problems for owners of industrial and commercial properties. At IRT we specialize in finding creative ways to manage or remediate soil and groundwater contamination to meet the specific objectives of our clients. We have found that too often the environmental consultants who discover the contamination provide their clients with incomplete information. Many consultants are proficient at conducting Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) to delineate the degree and extent of the contamination, but lack the knowledge and experience required to develop creative solutions to address the contamination.
