In order to ensure the freshest possible produce year round we supply vegetables grown throughout North America and beyond. During the local growing season much of our produce is sourced from farms throughout Southern Ontario as well as Quebec’s St. Lawrence River Valley. To keep the supply fresh year round we work closely with partners in other areas. Ippolito International based out of the Salad Bowl in Salinas, California is a standalone full service vegetable supplier working to grow and market quality produce grown in California’s central Salinas Valley, Mexico’s Pacific Baja coast and Arizona’s Yuma and surrounding valleys. In addition to these areas we also market produce from Texas, Colorado, Florida, New Jersey and New York among several others.

For the past 50 years Spinach has remained our principal product. It continues to be our main line item and primary focus of our new plant. We carry a number of different pack sizes and work closely with major spinach growers across North America bringing our customers the best and freshest product available on the market today.
