As the new President and Chief Executive Officer of IRG, I bring 30 years of experience as a leader in policing, with the majority of those years dedicated to investigations, investigation support as well as case management functions. I retired as a Superintendent with the Ontario Provincial Police and moved directly into the post as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at IRG. Through both these experiences I gained significant knowledge and exposure in the fields of investigation, behaviour, leadership and the private investigation industry.
