The Company, incorporated in 1992, owns and operates a strong asset base of producing oil and gas properties in Western Canada that it continues to maintain through the drilling of internally generated low to medium risk exploration and development opportunities. This conservative, low risk approach to growth in Western Canada provides the Company with a substantial asset base from which to identify and pursue late stage exploration or early stage development opportunities internationally. The Company is committed to maximizing shareholder value through the rapid growth expected from its international initiatives as well as through increasing its Western Canadian reserve base.
