Ms. Kristin Arpin has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry as an R&D bioanalytical chemist as well as a quality and compliance professional. Ms. Arpin’s career has included bioanalytical chemistry supporting clinical and non-clinical studies, quality and compliance functions as well as pharmaceutical manufacturing quality. Prior to founding Arpin Quality Consulting, Inc., Ms. Arpin held various positions with contract research and pharmaceutical companies such as Biovail Contract Research, Apotex, Eli Lilly, and Purdue Pharma.

IPA's program instructors are recognized experts in their field with many years of experience in interpreting and teaching the regulations to the industry and the government professionals in all areas of Regulatory and Compliance, Validation, Laboratory, and Manufacturing. Ms. Ziva Abraham, President of Microrite, Inc., a San Jose, CA based consulting and training firm is a well known microbial contamination control expert with over 25 years of academic, research, clinical and industrial experience in Microbiology, and Quality Assurance. Her hands-on experience in varied fields has provided her with the framework to understand the effects of microbial contamination and quality pitfalls from a patient safety perspective. Ziva received her Master’s Degree in Microbiology and has conducted graduate work on developing Microbial Insecticides.

Mr. Vrána is the founder of Aslan Ross Consulting – a firm that assists corporations and non-for-profit organizations in their interactions with provincial and federal governments. Previously Mr. Vrána worked for the Federal Government for over 15 years. He worked at the Patented Medicine Prices Review Board, Finance Canada and in various senior policy positions at Health Canada. At Health Canada he was in charge of the team that developed the policy rationale which led to the implementation of the Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations. Between 2006 and 2008 Mr.
