Located in Toronto, Canada's largest city and one of the world's most desirable places to live, International House Toronto took its first registration in 1996. The school's founding philosophy was to offer high quality English programs in a warm and comfortable atmosphere for our traveling students. The school opened its doors in 1996 with only one student and this year in 2006, will host over 2000 students from around the world! Although IH Toronto has grown in size, our philosophy has stayed the same. As part of our commitment to providing excellence to you, we offer programs with a maximum class size of nine students. We have kept this commitment even through the busiest seasons and years. In addition, IH Toronto's professionally trained, certified and dynamic staff, provide the highest quality of services to both English students and teacher-trainees. On staff, IH Toronto has a full-time Director of Studies, Activity Coordinator, Accommodations Coordinator, Admission Officers and multi-lingual support counselors to help and support you during your stay in Canada.
