For over 48 years Interior Care Inc. has provided services to many of Canada´s most successful property management companies in the Greater Toronto Area, as well as across Canada. Our carpet cleaning and building maintenance services are coordinated from our headquarters in Toronto and are supported by a network of trained technicians in every major City. Both our office and building cleaning services provide customers with the most up to date Green Cleaning strategies and LEEDS Program initiatives. As a Canadian Building Services family business, we take great pride in our heritage and in our knowledge of carpet cleaning, floor maintenance and emergency services. As such, our customers depend on us twenty four hours per day to deliver superior services in a manner consistent with customer needs, specifications and IICRC (International Institute of Carpet Restoration Certification) standards. Our trained carpet care technicians` service millions of square meters of carpet yearly and advises large and small companies on carpet replacement strategies and carpet products.

The company is now owned and operated by the second generation of Linton´s: Graham, Randall and Fraser. In 1995, Interior Care developed its EnviroCare "Clean-Green" programs that use environmentally friendly materials to deep clean carpet and fabric furniture. Our company quickly became known for its environmental approach and was then selected in 1997 by Shaw Industries, (the largest manufacturer of carpet) to be their preferred carpet care service provider in Toronto. To this day Interior Care is still recognized as a leader in "Green Cleaning" and in 2008, Interior Care co-owner Randall Linton chaired the Commercial Carpet Cleaning Committee to rewrite the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) Cleaning Standard Technical Manual. In 1998, Interior Care established a national division called ServiceNational, a country wide network of service associates serving commercial offices and retail stores in every major town and city in Canada. The company currently has an office in Toronto which serves as the national headquarters and a office in Mississauga serving the Regions of Peel and Halton.

The Paint and Research Association The Paint Research Association (PRA) was founded in 1926 as an independent association of member companies to support innovation and growth in the surface coatings sector. PRA is a non-profit making company limited by guarantee and has no shareholders.

Our company has developed its industry contacts and leadership over 48 years of service by actively participating in the development of industry standards and maintenance practices governing the educational programs for textile flooring and upholstery maintenance by the Institute of Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC).
