The best-before date on our products refers to the date by which we recommend you open the product in order to experience its intended quality. Prior to opening, the product should be kept refrigerated. Once a product is opened, assuming it is handled hygienically and stored at a typical refrigeration temperature of 2–4 degrees Celcius, it should be used within 2 to 3 weeks.
