Founded in 1922 as Plow and Watters, this company quickly grew to become one of the most reputable printing companies in the Province of Quebec. Based in Montreal, the company grew by acquisition through the years including the purchase of Therrien et Freres in 1983. The company was then acquired by Bowne & Co, Inc. of New York City in 1984 and became Bowne de Montreal. On June 22, 2001 the executive management purchased the company and all of its assets and changed the name of the business to Integria.
