Prior to opening her own company, ILI Inc. in 1997, Anna-Carolle was the manager of the Training and Development Programs in Professional and Technical Training (TDC). Anna-Carolle has experience in the full training and consulting cycle, from needs analysis to evaluation and validation. Her experience includes designing French and English versions of various training programs, as well as managing facilitation, focus groups, change management and team building sessions.

We provide integrated consulting and training services to promote employee and organizational growth assisting our clients to create and maintain learning environments.

The Principals of the Company have extensive experience within the Public Service and in the Private Sector.
