We aim to provide relevant and practical financial coaching and debt management advice and services. Furthermore, we think our administration staff is excellent. We guarantee that you will receive respectful, knowledgeable help from each person who represents us. We don’t lend money and we don’t provide investment options—we are here to help you eliminate your debts and to promote your financial well-being.

We value our ability to provide objective, unbiased advice about debt repayment alternatives. We support and protect our clients' right to privacy and confidentiality, and we meticulously comply with all laws and regulations applicable to our services.

A: Our initial evaluation is always provided free of charge. We work on a fee-based value for service system. Whenever fees will apply to any services we provide to you, it will be fully discussed in advance. For example: 1) If you choose to use our coaching services, we will set a periodic fee based on your needs and your circumstances. 2) If you choose to use our services to set up a debt repayment program, the monthly administration fee is based on a sliding scale which takes into consideration the complexity of your case and the number of creditors you have. In general, you will find that our debt repayment programs save you a considerable amount of money through the interest rate concessions we negotiate with your creditors on your behalf. 3) If you need to consider bankruptcy instead of other options, we do not charge any fee for referral to a Bankruptcy Trustee.
