Innovative Living Solutions Inc. (formerly Sarah Turner OT and Associates) was founded by Sarah in 2002 while Sarah was still working full-time for the Quesnel and District Child Development Centre and School District #28. Sarah was responsible for setting up the School-Age Therapy and Preschool programs for these agencies starting in 1993. The part-time private practice was initially formed to provide services to Autistic and severely neurologically and developmentally delayed children, however the need for Adult Therapy services quickly became apparent.
