Innovative Licensing & Promotion, Inc. was founded in 1998 by Mr. Vincent Paul Kehoe. Mr. Kehoe has been involved with new product development, marketing and patenting since 1991. He is the former Executive Vice President of the Copyright Inventions and Patents Association of Canada and has spoken on new product development across the country including for the BC Inventors Society and numerous television and radio programs.
