Innotech is a member of the Innotech-Execaire Aviation Group, a core business unit of IMP Group Limited. IMP has acquired and developed several aerospace holdings in aircraft repair and overhaul, as well as, aerospace manufacturing. The IMP group employs approximately 3500 people. The Innotech-Execaire Aviation Group is an integrated group of five aviation business units comprised of: Innotech Aviation, Execaire, Air 500, Pacific Avionics and Instruments, and Innotech Aviation Services. The Aviation Group employs approximately 600 people.
