Ms. van Kempen has served as a Supervisory Director since 2012. She has been the owner and managing partner of Van Kempen Public Relations & Public Affairs since 1997. She has extensive experience in strategic corporate communications and investor relations, with a focus on reputation and risk management. She has provided litigation PR and communications advice on a wide variety of issues in high profile cases in and outside the Netherlands. Her clients cover a range of sectors including telecommunications, energy, ICT, professional services and fashion industry.

We provides a wide range of specialised services to governmental and international organizations and we specialize in monitoring the quality, quantity and distribution of humanitarian aid, including food-aid. Additionally, We can provide tailor made solutions and fast emerging inspection and monitoring services.

Mr. Kearney is currently Chairman of our Audit Committee and has served as a Supervisory Director since 2004. In November 2013, Mr. Kearney was elected to the Supervisory Board of Frank's International N.V., a Dutch company specializing in supplying engineered tubular services for the oil and gas industry, and was also named as chairman of its Audit Committee. Mr. Kearney formerly served as President and Chief Executive Officer of DeepFlex Inc. from September 2009 until October 2013 and had served as the Chief Financial Officer of DeepFlex Inc. from January 2008 until September 2009.

We design "fit for purpose" instrumentation systems for low cost land based heavy oil wells or for highly advanced subsea smart completions. We provide several conveyance techniques allowing operations to select the method best suited to their particular completion design. We also provide instrumentation to measure discrete or multiple pressure and temperature points, distributed fibre optic temperature (DTS), vibration, flow and permanent geophones.
