Description

Northern Development Initiative Trust is an independent economic development corporation focused on stimulating economic growth and job creation in central and northern British Columbia. The Trust was established in 2005 with an initial capital infusion of $185 million. That capital base is used to provide funding and build capacity in municipalities, regional districts, First Nations communities, and non-profit organizations throughout central and northern BC.

Pace Realty and Property Management is the largest full service Real Estate Company in the Central Interior and specializes in real estate sales and commercial leases, residential and multi-family property management, commercial property management and strata corporation management.

Bob Redden is a Registered Professional Biologist and the President of EDI Environmental Dynamics Inc. (EDI); a consulting firm that provides environmental management as well as aquatic and terrestrial biological services to all major natural resource sectors across Canada. Founded in Prince George in 1994, EDI has expanded to five office locations in British Columbia, Alberta and the Yukon and now conducts hundreds of projects annually throughout Canada, including in the Arctic.

Greg Stewart is the President of Sinclar Group Forest Products Ltd. , a role he assumed in 2009. He has played an integral role on the Sinclar Group strategy team and has been involved in numerous business development initiatives. Greg joined the family business in 2005 as a manager of Winton Global Homes Division headquartered in Prince George, BC. Greg returned to the Central Interior after beginning his career working in various roles at Teck Cominco's metallurgical facility in Trail, BC.

Beth James has been the City Manager for the City of Prince George since May 1, 2013. James has led a number of large and complex organizations. She has substantial experience in a variety of senior executive positions in the provincial government of British Columbia, and has also worked in the private sector as a management consultant.
