InfoTech Inc., a Canadian software company established in 1984,
has developed packaged software products, core technology andmass market interactive content and services for the delivery ofconsumer health assessments, information products and services.
While the focus of the initial products and markets is health related applications, the core technology has a generic potential for mass market assessment, information and promotional services using available and emerging computer and communications technologies.

First introduced in 1990, the initial product, the Wellness
Checkpoint, is now used in 6 languages (English, French, Spanish,
Dutch, German, Italian), in 22 countries in Europe, North & South
America and Asia Pacific. Clients range from multinationals suchas DuPont and Hewlett-Packard to medium and large employers,
hospitals, community clinics, physicians, schools and families.

Implementation options include PC`s, Local Area Networks,
Touchscreen kiosks, Corporate Intranet, public Internet and
Interactive Voice versions. Customization options range fromstandard corporate customization package to custom applicationsusing InfoTech`s proprietary Corporate customization and Clinicalimplementations are supported.

Strategic alliances include an exclusive distribution agreement for workplace applications with the Health Education Authority of the UK, a international marketing and support agreement with
Health Checkpoint Limited (UK) and various representation agreements for local and niche markets.
