Incorporated in 1981, Info-Electronics Systems Inc. (IES) is a Canada-based engineering, systems integration, and project management services company developing application software solutions in the fields of Hydro-Meteorology, eBusiness, Quality Management and Multimedia applications. IES’ headquarters are located in Montreal, with an additional office in New Delhi. We have developed a strong Process Management Methodology as our
Quality Management System (QMS) is registered as being in conformity with ISO 9001:2000 by QMI.

With strong experience in the development of turnkey computer-
based systems, IES also offers services in the following areas:

1. Consulting: Performing feasibility studies, generation of requirements specifications, developing procurement strategies and performing independent verification and validation.

2. Integration: IES acts as an integrator of diverse systems procured from various suppliers. IES develops the software required to integrate such systems and provides an overall integrated solution.

3. Development Services: IES provides software development services for various Operating Systems, including UNIX, QNX,
DOS, WINDOWS and WIN95, using a variety of languages, which include JAVA, J2EE, C and Visual C++.

IES is made up of the following divisions:
1. Hydro-Meteorology Division
· Systems dealing with the collection, processing, distribution and display of meteorological and hydrological data
· Terrestrial & Satellite Communications
· Meteorological Instrumentation
· Remote Sensing & Image Processing

2. eBusiness Division

Siebel Certified Consultants. - We are a Microsoft Certified Business Solutions Partner offering Microsoft CRM Solutions to MidMarket companies.

3. Quality Management Division
* We offer consulting services to organizations to help them prepare for ISO certification. We have recently developed a tool to assist in the management and execution of testing, problem reporting and tracking for any system called VVRTS.

4. Multimedia Division
· Multimedia & Interactive Training
* Development of educational CD ROMs, multimedia corportate presentations, CBTs and WBTs for prominent companies in the education services field
