OUR MISSION
Unicor manufactures parts using the injection molding process and thermo-plastic resin.

We specialize in the production of industrial and institutional parts that require top-of-the-line technical expertise and the highest standards. To maintain most recent technology we continually upgrade our equipment and improve our procedures while listening to our staff, our suppliers and our customers based throughout North America.

OUR SERVICE
We have 30 years of experience in the field of custom injection molding.
Our expertise in plastic injection molding allows us to produce complex parts with optimum precision using engineered resins, additives and overmolding.
We offer coordination and leadership to achieve a project through to its conclusion.
Quality assurance is available 24 hours a day and is adapted to each client or product.
We also offer a whole range of secondary operations.
We have easy access to highways.

OUR ROLE
Directing the team of professionals (designers, toolmakers, etc.).
Coordinating the progress of each worker by setting a timetable.
Informing all parties of the project progression.
Supervising each stage of the project in order to maximize quick results.
Providing the technical support required for injection molding and any secondary operations that may be required.
Ensuring the tuning of the tools.
Coordinating the work in order to meet deadlines.
Supplying prototypes and the necessary pre-production runs if needed.

TURN KEY OPERATION
The coordination of all of our resources allows us to offer our clients a Turnkey Operation. The best time to get involved in the details of a project is at the moment of conception when the idea is still on the drawing board.

While every worker at Unicor is a specialist in his or her field, together we are an outstanding team.

The cost of a Turnkey Operation is negligible compared to the benefits obtained.
