It wasn't easy introducing a new product to the Toronto market, against well-established competitors like Scotchgard and Teflon. But our approach was something new; good old-fashioned service. Rather than offering our customers a can of spray to "do it themselves", we hired and trained our own service personnel to apply MagiSeal protection products directly in our customers' homes, where they could see that the work was done properly. Within a year, we'd moved out of the basement, secured contracts with major Toronto furniture retailers and had our first "fleet" of service vehicles.
