Description
I never thought about being a writer. In fact, I wanted to be an artist. But, finding it difficult to make a living by painting, I started teaching. One day a colleague asked me to co-author an educational textbook. I never dreamed it would lead to writing 30 books. Or speeches for executives. Or web copy. Or articles for sales magazines and Reader's Digest. Then in 1996, working with graduating college students, we realized that something was missing.
