ILG Group is a privately owned, Windsor based company, fairly young, but very dynamic and with a very interesting approach to business. The backbone of the company is a multitalented group of people, with many years of experiences in different industries. Between the seven executives and managers in the group, we total approx. 160 years of experience, yielding an average of 23 years of experience per individual. Due to our location, within the automotive core of the North America, most of this experience is linked to the automotive industry. However, an important part of it is related to the plastics, packaging, pharmaceutical and food industries. Every player in this group brings a new dimension to the business and new openings. The Group's management team has an extensive machine tool background, utilizing multiple disciplines, and offer services ranging from fabricating and machining to complete design and build capabilities, second to none. Founded on the philosophy of providing our customers with the latest in technological know-how, our highly experienced and well supervised staff work hand in hand with customers to produce a world class product.
