Rather than using dial-up, leased line, cable modem or standard ADSL connection, signals are transmitted to your business through a small antenna on your roof. From the rooftop, data is sent directly to the ICA Wireless Backbone. After all, "The shortest distance between two points is in a straight line". Founded in 1993, ICA Wireless has been successful ever since.

The requirement for broadband service is growing at a rapid pace for both the residential and enterprise market. Existing wire line technologies, such as DSL and CABLE, are often NOT an option, either because they are simply not available in a given geographical area or lack the necessary performance to fulfill the requirements for high-speed connectivity. As such, operators are turning to alternative means, such as broadband fixed wireless (BFW) technology, to provide a cost effective solution that can be deployed quickly and easily.

ICA will make its best effort to begin providing the Customer with the Services on the starting date specified, however, ICA does not guarantee that the service will commence on that date. Once ICA has received signed Agreement from the Customer, the Customer will be bound to the Minimum Service period stipulated. The wireless Customer will have thirty (30) days from the commencement of Term in which to cancel the account if so desired and the contract will be terminated.

This Service Level Agreement (SLA) is provided as a benefit, in addition to our contractual obligations under the terms and conditions for an ICA CANADA ONLINE Wireless Internet Customers, and for customers holding contracts of one year or longer. It demonstrates our earnest desire to provide the best possible support for your business and outlines the penalties that apply for non-compliance on the part of ICA CANADA ONLINE.
