I.T.S. Construction, Inc. is a general contractor with a petroleum specialty situated in Halifax Nova Scotia. Founded in 1996 by President Malcolm Fiander, I.T.S. (short for Innovative Technical Solutions) entered the petroleum industry offering pump, line, and tank services to gas stations. As the company grew, it became an industry leader in the general design and construction of gas stations, convenience stores, bulk plants, and food partners. Today, the company is run by Malcolm and P.Eng. Troy Levangie.

The I.T.S. strategy is to provide quality service that is reliable, on time, and on budget. I.T.S. recognize that no job is complete without the customer's complete satisfaction. All employees at I.T.S. are trained to provide only the finest and safest workmanship.
