The Copper Division has three main facilities in Indiana, Pennsylvania, and Missouri. Our Franklin, IN facility was founded in 1946 and comprises our large 1500 ton forge press, three forge hammers, a ring rolling mill, a complete heat treatment center, lathes, milling machines, CNC equipment, and saws. Casting of a wide variety of copper alloys commenced at the New Madrid, MO location in 1988. The manufacturing of beryllium containing casting and master alloys began at our Royersford, Pennsylvania production facility in 1994.

IBC Manufacturing IBC Advanced Alloys has two manufacturing divisions – Copper Alloys and Engineered Materials. Our Copper Division manufactures and distributes a wide variety of copper alloys as castings and forgings: beryllium copper, chrome copper and aluminum bronze in plate, block, bar, rings; and specialty copper alloy forgings for plastic mold tooling and resistance welding applications.

Beralcast® 363 This beryllium aluminum alloy provides an ideal solution for weight, stiffness and thermal critical applications in aerospace, defense and commercial markets. BeAl-363 is a metal matrix composite which consists of 65% Be (by weight) and 35% Al.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing related development for Aerospace and Defense programs.
