About
IBA Enterprises Inc provides Operating Engineer training from Fourth to First class, combining classroom instruction with hands-on plant experience. The company offers theory courses through IBA Industrial Training, a private vocational school, and practical training in power plant operations. Founded by Ivan, who transitioned from a power engineering program coordinator to a consultant, the business has a history of cost-saving projects for clients like St Lawrence Starch and Imperial Tobacco. Ivan's expertise in both consulting and education led to the establishment of IBA's Industrial Training center in 1992, which has trained over 200 employees and expanded to serve companies such as Ontario Hydro.
